PART TIME FIXED TERM 12 MONTH POSITION FOR A WARD CLERK ON RIVERBANK WARD, WORCESTER ROYAL HOSPITAL - CQC rated as GOOD.
Are you a Ward Clerk looking for temporary part-time hours and the opportunity to work as part of our friendly, dynamic and innovative multi-professional team?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Ward Clerk to join our team of Ward Clerks on our 35 bedded childrens ward caring for babies, children and young people with a variety of medical and surgical needs.
We are seeking cheerful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and motivated applicants who ideally have reception and administration experience. You will play an integral part in enhancing our patients and families experience and be the welcoming face of our ward.
The hours required will cover early, late and/or long day shifts, 7 days a week to meet the needs of the service.

To provide administrative and clerical support to the clinical staff within paediatric services. To ensure the availability of accurate patient records and documentation as per Trust policies and procedures. To liaise with patients, relatives and other members of the public politely and efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information as per Trust policy and in line with Information Governance guidance.
