We are looking for a motivated and organised CYP Transformation Project Officer to join our dynamic transformation team, supporting the delivery of key programmes that improve outcomes for children, young people and families across Northamptonshire.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of transformation, supporting system-wide programmes across NHFT, the Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership, and wider Integrated Care System partners.
You will:
- Support the delivery of multiple transformation projects within CYP services
- Provide day-to-day coordination of programmes, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs
- Organise and support project boards and meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Develop reports, presentations and documentation for senior stakeholders
- Work closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues across organisations
- Support governance processes and continuous improvement
The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree / or equivalent knowledge and experience combined.
- Minimum A Level or relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification. Eg. Change management or project delivery
Desirable
- Project management qualification
- Previous experience of similar role within the public sector (health)
Skills and abilities
Essential
- High level of administration process and customer service skills
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office and a range of IT applications, with a proactive approach to using new digital tools
- High-level communication skills: oral and written, excellent report writing and presentation skills, delivering clear ideas concisely and accurately for diverse audiences
- Influencing and advising stakeholders on project-related matters
- Strong delegation skills, ability to engage and coordinate projects
- Ability to manage data and translate into meaningful reports
Knowledge and experience
Essential
- Clear and continued personal development, through formal training or education.
- Experience of working in a project environment
- Experience in delivering successful projects
Desirable
- Good analytical skills with a proactive approach to process improvement, taking into consideration quality and risk
- There will be the necessity to regularly analyse complex data and develop action plans which will require high levels of concentration for sustained periods, to ensure accuracy
