The position of team secretary is an essential role within any team and service. Successful candidates will be required to input referrals onto the system, format and type letters, book and re-arrange appointments, minute meetings and take telephone calls. A good telephone manner and typing skills are essential alongside an eye for detail. You will need a friendly and personable personality as well as a patient and empathetic approach.
