We are entering an exciting period to expand our highly regarded clinical service. The PiP team is embedded within HCC hubs across the county, delivering high quality consultation, specialist training, and evidence based interventions for children and young people.
This is a rare and compelling opportunity for an experienced clinician with CAMHS expertise who is ready to step into their first operational leadership role, or an established leader seeking a fresh challenge with scope to shape a service from the ground up.
As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing the culture, vision, and strategic direction of the expanded service. Working with skilled clinicians and social care colleagues, you will lead a team committed to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families across Hampshire.

Main duties of the job
This role covers the operational and strategic management of the Partners in Practice team (PiP).
The post holder will work with senior leadership colleagues in community CAMHS and Hampshire County Council (HCC) to drive forward and launch the expanded service within HCC community hubs.
The post holder will be accountable for the operational delivery of designated integrated children's team, health service's across Hampshire to provide clinically safe, effective services. Working as a member of HIOWH CAMHS Leadership team to embed clinical governance, professional leadership, and integrated, efficient working practices.
The post holder will be expected to be able to adapt to the changing requirements emerging over time and work in partnership with their manager and the senior leadership to support changes to both the service delivery model and staffing structures.
The role will require leadership in a multiagency, multi provider environment in community settings and requires both proven experience of professional leadership and operational management within services for children and families.
The Team Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of the PiP team, including allocation of clinical activity, ensuring appropriate flow for children and young people through the service and stakeholder engagement and liaison. Keeping the clinical model at the forefront of these discussions.
