Job overview

You will work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective secretarial and administration support service to the multi-disciplinary teams under the direction of the Service Manager / Professional Lead and supported by an agreed work plan. The job holder will provide day to day supervision and support for a designated admin team or teams and will be responsible for liaison with other administrative and clinical staff within Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to ensure an efficient and consistent admin support service is provided.

Main duties of the job

This is a short term post is to specifically provide administration support a Yorkshire and Humber Rater programme. This programme is to train staff cross the region in Rater scale in order to support future research. The programme will involve the organisation of 2 training days within the region. The postholder will need to arrange meetings for the planning group, source venues with costs, and support with arrangements on the day. The postholder will also set up a community of practice for those training on the Rater, including meetings and Teams channel. A regional registry of those trained in Rater scales will also be created. The post holder will be supported by the Head of Research and be part of the R&D department.
