
The post is a job share amounting to 15 hours per week preferably worked Thursday and Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced secretary/team administrator to work in a busy Integrated Autism Service
The post holder will be the first point of contact for the service. The post holder must possess excellent interpersonal skills and resources to respond appropriately to enquiries to the service from individuals, parents/ carers and other professionals.
The post holder will provide a high quality, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Integrated Autism Service meeting the requirements of both the health and social care workforce within the service.
This post is a fixed term/secondment for 9 months until 31st of March 2027 due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
This post covers a range of administrative tasks to maintain a prompt and accurate patient records. You will be working with Clinicians, support staff and fellow Team administrator
You will have excellent keyboard and be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to use the patient recording systems WCCIS, to organise clinics (booking of rooms etc) and book patients into clinics.
The ability to prioritise your work and be highly organised is paramount to this post as is excellent interpersonal communication skills, which includes a friendly telephone manner, whilst also providing a professional, sensitive manner and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
