You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and creative team of clinicians and admin staff dedicated to developing and providing a quality service to respond to and improve children and young people's mental health in the New Forest Locality.
You will work as an active member of the local leadership team, contributing expertise within your specialist area and leading the administration team to help develop the service to meet the needs of young people and their families.

You will oversee and provide administrative support to the operational managers and clinical team ensuring efficient and smooth running of the service. You will be responsible for supporting and managing the day to day running of the admin team to provide efficient and responsive administrative provision, process and protocols. The post requires excellent people skills, time management and liaison skills to maintain client and staff confidentiality. There is an expectation to develop agendas and provide minute taking across several meetings as well as supporting managers with data analysis tasks.
The Team Admin Coordinator is fundamental in supporting and developing staff, thus you will role model positive interaction and engagement with families and staff and have a 'can do' approach. You will be line managing the admin team to identify training needs and build upon their strengths, and in turn you will be supported by the admin professional lead and team managers alongside peer supervision with other team admin coordinators.
