As a High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will:
- Deliver high-quality CBT interventions in accordance with NICE guidance.
- Work with clients presenting with depression, anxiety disorders and complex co-morbid presentations.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, learning and innovation.
- Receive regular clinical and case management supervision.
- Access ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialist training pathways.

Main duties of the job
What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent BABCP-accredited training.
- Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or working towards accreditation where appropriate.
- Significant experience of delivering high intensity CBT interventions for common mental health problems (depression, all anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD) within an NHS or equivalent setting.
- Excellent risk assessment and risk management skills.
- Strong communication, organisational and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care.
