We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development Consultancy Manager to lead our specialist Talent, Leadership and OD Consultancy Team across Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
This senior role will lead the design and delivery of talent, leadership and organisational development initiatives that build organisational capability, support workforce transformation and create high-performing, inclusive cultures. You will provide expert consultancy, coaching and facilitation to senior leaders and teams, helping to deliver strategic people priorities across both organisations.

Main duties of the job
As the Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development Consultancy Manager, you will lead a specialist team to design and deliver talent, leadership and organisational development programmes across Tameside & Glossop ICFT and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
You will work closely with senior leaders and teams, providing expert consultancy, coaching and facilitation to support organisational effectiveness, culture change, workforce transformation and leadership development. You will lead initiatives including talent management, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, leadership development, team development and engagement programmes that strengthen organisational capability and support delivery of strategic priorities.
You will also manage complex projects, evaluate impact, build strong partnerships across the organisations and lead a small specialist Talent, Leadership and OD Consultancy Team.

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to Master’s degree level or equivalent level of experience working at a senior level in people development / organisational development (OD) field.
Desirable
- Accredited coach or coaching qualification.
- Qualification in psychometrics, team development or OD methodologies.
- Membership of relevant professional body.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Significant experience in OD, leadership development and talent management roles.
- Successful and proven track record of designing, developing and evaluating leadership, talent and OD interventions that improve performance and culture.
- Experience of using workforce, engagement or organisational data to inform interventions and evaluate impact.
- Experience of fostering positive and collaborative working relationships with partner organisations.
- Demonstrable experience of developing, managing and motivating teams/individuals to ensure success.
- Knowledge of OD theory, practice and evidence-based approaches.
- Knowledge of leadership development frameworks and talent management practices.
Desirable
- NHS/public sector experience.
