Job overview

As a Team Coordinator, you will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support service to multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee day-to-day administrative processes, supervise administrative staff, coordinate workloads and support service delivery, ensuring high standards of customer service, communication and operational efficiency are maintained throughout the service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will coordinate and supervise administrative support services, manage workloads, provide day-to-day support to administrative staff, organise meetings and produce minutes, maintain records and information systems, prepare reports and statistics, support managers and clinical teams, and ensure administrative processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with Trust policies and procedures. The role requires excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain effective working relationships across a range of services and professional groups.
