About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on our 21 Bedded Inpatient Surgical Unit
- Care for a wide range of surgical speciality's including Gynaecology, General Surgery, Ears Nose and Throat (including tracheostomy and laryngectomy care), Orthopaedic and Cardio Version procedures
- Support patients electively and inpatients who are coming to the unit for procedures.

Work Requirements:
- Our Unit runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are essential for delivering sensitive information and lifestyle advice effectively
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Past surgical experience ideally with ENT experience
Additional Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in the education, development, supervision, and assessment of learners and unregistered staff
- Support departmental clinical governance initiatives and participate in audit reviews
Professional Conduct:
- Uphold professionalism in line with the NMC Codes of Professional Conduct
Essential Attributes:
- A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Post Registration Experience
