An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Specialist Support nurse in OG (Oesophagogastric) Cancer  with the established specialist team at University Hospital North Midlands.

Dependent on applicants, there is potential for consideration of a development role of a Band 5 to a band 6, within the Macmillan and ACCEND framework.

Main duties of the job

To be a integrated member of the specialist nursing team at a Tertiary Oesophagogastric  cancer centre, providing expert, high quality care to OG cancer patients and their families.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

To provide highly specialised quality cancer to OG cancer patients and their families/ carers.

Providing  services with in the National cancers standards/ targets as part of an expert established team.
