<h3>Make a Meaningful Difference in the Lives of Adults with Learning Disabilities</h3><p>We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic <strong>Specialist Community Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) </strong>to join our multidisciplinary Learning Disability Team in Swindon on a <strong>6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.</strong></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to support adults with diagnosed learning disabilities whose complex needs cannot be met through mainstream services. Working as part of a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering specialist assessment, intervention and care coordination, helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes and maintain their health, wellbeing and independence.</p><p>You will work closely with service users, families, carers and partner agencies, providing expert clinical support, promoting person-centred care and ensuring individuals receive the services and interventions they need.
