JOB SUMMARY

encompass is a HSC NI wide transformation Programme which enables a single digital care record for every citizen in Northern Ireland who receives health and social care. encompass aims to provide a digitally enabled whole system approach for patients and service users with the safest, highest quality, informed care.

The post holder will support the OD Team in providing efficient data management, user and learning management system administration for all encompass related learning activities and administration support to the wider OD team.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of complex data for all encompass training programmes and efficient provision of access to the learning management system to provide all encompass related training and learning activities for the entire Southern Trust workforce

Co-ordination and high-quality processing, maintenance and cleansing of personnel and affiliate data (including liaison with professional leads and co-ordinators)

Upload and maintenance of data required for the learning management system including alignment of training, enrolments and certifications

Collation and high-quality administration of new start / transfers / leavers data and training requirements including liaising with internal/external stakeholders

Administration and update of communications for encompass related training, including FAQ’s and management of the encompass support mailbox to a high standard to assist in the coordination and delivery of OD Team processes and efficient support for encompass training queries and issues for our entire workforce.

Responsible for the production, development and maintenance of encompass related training reports, audits, and statistics as required for internal/external stakeholders

Analyse data sets, performing statistical analysis, managing data lists and data provision, to ensure consistency in the provision of up-to-date information to encompass internal/regional trainers and professional leads and for service managers and wider Trust personnel as required

The post holder will be required to

Helping to reduce paper waste by minimising printing/copying and reducing water usage, reporting faults and heating/cooling concerns promptly and minimising travel.
