  • To be fully conversant and formally qualified in own core trade with Basic Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical
  • Work closely with Estates Management to manage the buildings infrastructure/plant and systems effectively and safely in accordance with all legislation and HTM and HBN guidance.

Desirable

  • Computer skilled person
  • Undertake fault finding on complex systems and equipment using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to determine a solution.
  • Approved Person Qualification
  • Specialist expertise in a core professional trade - plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
