The Administrator role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users / patients within the Adult Mental Health Sector.
The post holder will work under the supervision of the Admin Team Supervisor in line with an agreed work plan.
A comprehensive training package will be provided, to ensure our admin teams are multi-skilled; maximising our business development and to support career aspirations of individuals.

Experience
Essential
- • Customer service experience (e.g. face to face, answering calls or correspondence)
- • Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information)
- • Providing administrative or secretarial support.
- • Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
- • Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
- • Experience of working autonomously and proactively
Desirable
- • Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
- • Experience of audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand)
- • Previous NHS experience
- • Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation)
Qualifications
Essential
- • Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience. (e.g. GCSE A-C or RSA II)
- • EDCL or equivalent
Desirable
- • Business admin qualification
