Job Summary An exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen the future children's workforce. Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced, innovative and motivated Senior Project Nurse - Workforce to join the Children's Nursing Education Team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence workforce transformation projects across Children's Services, supporting the delivery of safe, effective and sustainable staffing models for the future. Working closely with the Lead Nurse, Head of Nursing, clinical teams and operational leaders, the post holder will lead workforce development initiatives that support recruitment, retention, education and workforce planning across the Children's Hospital. This role is ideal for an experienced children's nurse leader with strong project management, workforce and change management experience who is passionate about improving staff experience and developing the future workforce.
