Barchester's marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced Brand team. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you are a key member of the Brand team led by the Head of Brand Marketing. You report into the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for implementing campaigns across a mix of offline channels to attract the private pay market. You will have a commercial focus and the ability to manage and analyse data to drive decision making. Effective communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential to drive engagement. As a member of the support team, customer service skills are valued to deliver a high standard of communication with our operational colleagues. Main duties of the job

Barchester's marketing team is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic Brand team. This role requires implementing campaigns across various offline channels to target the private pay market effectively. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, the Senior Marketing Executive will focus on data management and analysis to drive decision-making. Strong communication skills are necessary to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the Operational team, to oversee campaign performance and support where needed. Responsibilities include managing inbox requests, media tracking, and budget management to ensure timely invoice processing and highlight financial risks. The position also demands proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-demand environment. NEED TO DO:

  • Implement campaigns across a mix of offline channels that best reach our target demographic to drive private pay enquiries for homes with high vacancies and those going through a refurbishment
  • Engage with external agencies and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure all elements of campaigns are implemented effectively and in good time
  • Engage with the Operational team to agree the homes that need support, and keep them informed of home/channel performance
  • Manage inboxes and provide a great customer service for requests and queries from homes in relation to campaigns, targeting and new local opportunities
  • Manage reporting tools and populate with latest campaign/home level data to analyse performance and drive decision making
  • Manage media tracking routes including trackable numbers and URLs ensuring all are working effectively, and report on performance per month/campaign
  • Budget management ensuring all invoices processed on time, and highlight areas of underspend or risk
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Campaign Marketing and Head of Brand Marketing as required
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment with high demands

NEED TO HAVE:

Demonstrate success in driving revenue growth through offline and broadcast media channels Experience managing and briefing agencies A minimum of 5 years marketing experience

Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics A proactive, organised approach and a passion for delivering great work
