We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Leadership Administrator to join our Corporate Medical Directorate. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing high-quality administrative, secretarial and business support to senior leaders including the Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director of Workforce and Medical Director for Standards.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex diaries and correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the smooth running of key administrative processes. You will also provide supervision, support and development to administrative staff, helping to maintain excellent standards of service across the team.
This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience of working with a range of systems and stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting service improvement initiatives and ensuring the Corporate Medical Directorate operates effectively and efficiently.

- ICT skills including Microsoft (especially word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
Experience

- Experience in a full range of admin/secretarial procedures and systems gained at senior level, including management experience.
- Experience of working at PA level
Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards.
Desirable
- Use of relevant systems such as Trac, ESR, Power BI, and HealthRoster.
