Main duties of the job

In the absence of the Digital Support Team Lead, they will help coordinate team activities and ensure service standards are met.

The postholder should also be comfortable working under their own initiative, have excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this post together with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate should have a good attitude towards working and a desire to learn and be involved in all things within Digital.

We regret that the North West Ambulance Service does NOT offer any form of relocation allowance.  The Interview will be in person, and the successful candidate will be expected to attend sites throughout the North West on occasion with attendance expected at one of our main sites at least three times a week.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for Skilled Worker/ Health and Care Worker visas as set out at gov.uk. Graduate visa holders should have no expectation of long-term employment through sponsorship.   • Proven practical experience of delivering IT services in an integrated Microsoft environment including Windows Server, Windows client, Exchange and Office.
  • Experience of working with third parties, including outsource providers, to deliver quality IT services
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
