We provide full training and ongoing support to help you settle into the role and thrive.
Hours: • Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (9am–5pm) • Part‑time hours will also be considered
As a Senior Booking Co‑ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all elective patients are admitted efficiently for surgery, in line with national guidelines and the Trust’s Patient Access Policy. You will be responsible for managing waiting lists effectively and making confident, well‑informed decisions to support timely patient care.
You will communicate these decisions clearly to key stakeholders—including Consultants, Managers, Theatre teams and Nursing staff—helping to maximise the efficient use of Trust resources and ensuring a smooth patient journey from referral to admission.
