SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR with Medical Secretary Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Medical Secretary to work as part of a team to support our growing team of Community Paediatricians across three centres

Main duties of the job
Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive medical administrative support, working closely with Community Paediatricians and the wider clinical teams within Children’s Specialist Services.

- Experience of managing diaries
- Experience of composing correspondence for approval
Qualifications and Training
Essential
- NVQ level 4 in Business Studies or Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience.
- RSAIII (or equivalent)
- Educated to G.C.S.E. or equivalent in English and Maths
- Audio Typing/AMSPAR qualification
- Microsoft Office software packages, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
