We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Community Mental Health Team based in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our practitioners and medical staff, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing admin support to the team and medics.
  • Organising clinics, appointments, inputting onto SystmOne, general tasks, liaising with clients, carers.
  • Reception cover.
  • A high level of organisational an interpersonal skill required.
  • Ability to change improve procedures.
  • Problem solving.
  • The successful candidate will hold RSA 3 and OCR 3 / ECDL advanced or equivalent. Also previous experience of carrying out a range of administrative procedures in an office setting.
  • Experience of using software including Microsoft Word / excel would be advantageous as would the use of SystmONe.
  • Supervision and guidance for less experienced staff will also be expected.
  • A flexible approach will be expected for absence / annual leave cover.
