- To provide reception, and a range of office, clerical and administrative duties, maintaining an efficient and friendly service to patients, relatives and visitors.
- To support the manager and the administrative team in the administrative function as required. From call handling to booking patient visits for the Clinical Team.
- To receive calls and emails from patients and stake holders to report fault with equipment; identify problem, give troubleshooting advice to resolve the fault if possible; if not then organise for an appointment or a visit by a Clinical Technologist to repair the equipment, or arrange courier collection.
- To utilise the computerised ALAS Patient Management System (BEST). Use of Oracle for ordering, receipt, control and distribution of equipment.
