- To provide a professional and efficient Secretary/Personal Assistant within the secretarial and administration teams. This includes supporting clinical staff within Paediatrics / Immunology department, in delivering a high-quality service for patients.
Main duties of the job
Act as a personal assistant - being the main contact for the Consultants to support with administrative queries and tasks
To provide a fast, accurate, comprehensive typing service to clinical specialties across the department.
Undertake compiling of letters using digital system TPRO
General office duties
Liaison with a wide multi-disciplinary team, regularly communicating with internal and external staff.
