A day in the life of a Scheme Supervisor
- Day to day running of tenant support within an Extra Care Scheme, ensuring a support plan is in place for every tenant which matches their individual needs and preferences and reviewing when required.
- Ensure the accurate recording of an incidents, and review these on a regular basis with the Registered Manager
- Promoting a good sense of community spirit within your scheme between both the tenants and the staff.
- Ensure effective rotas are in place with your team to allow for effective coverage of care calls, and that team members are appropriately trained to carry out their duties.
