The post holder will provide essential administrative support for the day-to-day management of maternity rosters and elective caesarean section (ELCS) pathways. You will be a key point of contact for routine rota and elective CS administration, the role supports safe staffing and effective patient pathways through accurate data management, coordination, and communication.

Knowledge and expereince
Essential
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- • Experience in meeting operational objectives
- Ability to liaise with Maternity staff confidently and with credibility

- Awareness of hospital practices

Qualifications and training
Essential
- Vocational Level 4 or Higher National Diploma Qualification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge/understanding of a range of administrative procedures requiring on- going job training and experience
