Restaurant Manager
Location: Richmond Village, Evesham Road, Evesham, WR11 4TY
Salary: £29,221 per annum
Contract: Permanent - Full Time 40 hrs 5 shifts a week to include some weekends
Shift Pattern: 11.30am - 7.30pm

You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Managing and optimising staff rotas, always ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets
- Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages’ high standards
- Overseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service
- Planning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue
- Building relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities
- Working collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest & resident experience
- Managing dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively
