Are you a highly organised and focused administrator, with great attention to detail?We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Administrator to join us in providing a pro-active, responsive and efficient resourcing service throughout our organisation.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment. You will need to have good time-management and prioritisation skills, managing your own workload and supporting colleagues as required. You must be able to utilise technology and administrative systems to provide outstanding customer service in relation to all aspects of resourcing.

Within this role, you could be talking a candidate through their recruitment journey, discussing candidates with Recruiting Managers, or filling Bank shifts; all aspects of this role are key in enabling a strong resourcing function.

This role is 30 hours a week, across Monday-Friday, with two days a week required in our Yate headquarters, one being a Tuesday where all our welcoming team come together, and the other being of your choice.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to recruitment and temporary staffing processes, working closely with, and supporting, the Recruitment Consultants and Temporary Staffing Lead.
  • Administering the recruitment process up to and including the point an offer of employment is made, ensuring paperwork is fully completed and accurate.
  • Providing ongoing support for our bank staff, ensuring the full recruitment process is followed and relevant systems updated.
  • Supporting bank staff with booking shifts and ensuring correct payments are made to our bank workers
  • Monitoring and actioning all inbox/phone queries relating to resourcing and temporary staffing in a timely manner, understanding the importance of urgent queries being responded to and being able to prioritise your workload.
  • Managing your workload effectively to ensure all KPI's are met
  • Taking responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the recruitment function, recording, retrieving and presenting information and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a customer focused, timely and accurate way.
  • Contributing to the development of our employer brand and help to identify and implement creative strategies to maximise candidate attraction for all types of workers.
  • Supporting, as required with the delivery of training on recruitment and selection and associated systems/processes
  • Helping to maintain and further develop the recruitment processes and systems

Experience

Essential

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in an administration function
  • Undertake varied numerical and recording tasks accurately
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Able to communicate effectively - both orally and in writing

Desirable

  • Previous work experience in a recruitment function
  • Previous experience working in a health and social care environment.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Functional literacy and numeracy level 2/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent including English Language and Maths.
  • Training in the use of IT systems relevant to the role e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
