ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.

Other responsibilitieswillinclude:

  • Co-ordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
  • Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers.
  • Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer's instructions and is cleaned and stored appropriately after use.
  • Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
  • UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team.

ABOUT YOU

  • NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
  • A Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or similar industry.
