Job Purpose

To support the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead to ensure that the Trust meets its legal and regulatory obligations. This includes supporting robust compliance processes and undertaking key administrative duties associated with regulatory requirements.

This role is central to ensuring effective coordination and support for the Trust’s regulatory and quality functions. You will work closely with the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead to maintain high standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Main duties of the job

Job Summary

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead in delivering quality and regulatory compliance requirements.  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, managing inboxes and responding to queries.  • Maintain processes for routine regulatory compliance and quality matters.  • Provide administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory compliance processes across the Trust.  • Manage team communication channels and inboxes.  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
