As a Registered Nurse, you'll stand in charge, representing the Manager as required and adhering to directives on their behalf, ensuring our residents' high standards of care. Responsibilities include managing nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and chronic medical conditions management; advising families and GPs on changes in conditions; effectively deploying and supervising the care team staff and providing high standards of care through meticulous assessment and planning.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as aRegistered Nursewill beto act as person in charge,standingin for the Manager asrequiredandobserveall instructions to act upon his/her behalfwhilst youensurehigh standardsof care toourresidents.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude:

- Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care.
- Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.

- Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.

- Have Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
