Main duties of the job

We are looking for registered nurses with an active PIN to join our team at Akari Care in Newton Aycliffe. Our roles are focused on providing top-notch care and support to older residents, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Successful candidates will need a kind nature and the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively. A coaching style approach to leadership is essential.
