Responsibilities include acting as the person in charge, carrying out nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and the management of chronic medical conditions. Additionally, advising families, supervising care team staff, and providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning are key duties.
