Our Registered Manager role involves:
- Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and clients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice
- As a member of the management team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to Elysium’s objectives and business plan
- Promoting and enhancing Elysium Healthcare reputation for high-quality outcomes for service users
To be successful as Registered Manager, you will need:

Be part of a new team at this 6 bedded residential service for adults under 65 years with a learning disability, autism and sensory and communication differences.
Beck House is a specialist, robust service to support people with ongoing complex needs and behaviours that challenge who are stepping down from hospital or to avoid an inappropriate admission to hospital and to enable them to return to their home area. The model was introduced to emulate community care for individuals with complex needs in robust, spacious accommodation.
The services are staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team of Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Nurses and Support Workers.
