
Invernevis House is a warm, vibrant community with 27 permanent beds and 5 community access beds. We’re looking for a dynamic Care Home Manager who brings energy, vision, and a passion for exceptional care.
What you’ll do
Lead and inspire a dedicated, values‑driven team
Champion kindness, dignity, and high‑quality, person‑centred care
Maintain excellence in quality assurance and Care Inspectorate standards
Support staff development and nurture a positive culture
Oversee daily operations and budget management
What you bring
Experience in health and social care with proven leadership and minimum SVQ level 4 of other professional qualification in health or adult social care.
Commitment to person‑centred practice and team growth
Strong communication skills and professional registration with SSSC
