Job summary

Are you a Registered General Nurse? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are seeking highly skilled and motivated Registered General Nurses to join our workforce with opportunities within Brushwood Care Home. We are looking for RGNs who haveexperience working with care of the elderly patients/frailty within older persons environment/ community/social care /acute hospital and care home setting.

Main duties of the job

  • To be a role model and promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
  • Be the nominated nurse in charge and ensure safe staffing levels are met using theagreedpatient dependency score tool.
  • Work alongside the care team, ensuring a high quality of care is delivered.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults.
  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care through written care plans
  • Work supportively alongside clinical, care home colleagues and families in ensuring the highest standards of care for all residents.

Job responsibilities

Salary: £42,742.66 per annum (pro rata)

Location: Brushwood Care Home, Liverpool

Shifts: Part time permanent positions available

Position 1 - 24 hour part time contract

Week 1 - Saturday & Sunday 8pm - 8am

Week 2 - Thursday & Friday 8pm - 8am

Position 2 - 24 hour part time contract

Week 1 - Monday 8pm - 8am

Week 2 - Monday, Saturday & Sunday 8pm - 8am

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience working with care of the elderly patients/frailty within older persons environment/ community/social care /acute hospital setting.
