The role of a Regional Support Manager at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the incredible team who care for residents. This permanent position is based in the Cambridgeshire and Norfolk region, offering a salary of £70,000 per annum plus car allowance and benefits. The Regional Support Manager will play a crucial role in assisting the Regional Director in overseeing a group of care homes, ensuring performance targets are met and maintaining high standards of care. Responsibilities include providing support to key homes, standing in for General Managers during absences, identifying challenges, and recommending solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Care Home management, preferably with a clinical background, and be skilled in staff supervision and development. ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service
- Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home
- Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director
- Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

- Have proven experience in Care Home management roles
