Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authority CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met to avoid financial penalties and disputes and directly manage any contractual disputes that occur.
- Build a competent and highly driven team of home managers in the region and effectively lead, manage and motivate them to support and develop their team effectively.
- To assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
- To make a positive contribution to the business in terms of its profit, development, growth and market position.
