To work as part of the One LSC Recruitment Team in the provision of a professional and comprehensive recruitment service to all Partner Trusts, with a focus on BTH and LTH partners.
To be a key contact for recruiting managers in the Trust for advice, queries, support and guidance. You will be responsible for delivering and end to end recruitment service.

Essential
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to engage and build relationships
- Excellent IT skills and proven ability to use MSOffice including Word and Excel or appropriate alternative package
- Capable of demonstrating initiative
- Able to exercise independent judgement within guidelines
- Organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to prioritise workload
- Able to work with minimum supervision whilst undertaking a range of tasks
- Methodical in approach to work
- Able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy

- Working knowledge of Trac and NHS Jobs system.
