Job summary
We are recruiting a full time, Recovery Navigator to join our Assessment and Recovery team, in the Greenway Centre, Southmead. This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, which involves collaborative working between a number of organisations to include Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (part of the National Health Service).

About the role The successful applicant will have the opportunity to: Work with families, carers and friends and be working within a multi-disciplinary team Support a caseload An excellent communicator Build therapeutic relationship with service users Receive management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice This job is full time, with a salary of £26,056 per annum. Desirable
- Proven experience of mental health issues and/or services, either as a user, carer or supporter.
