Main duties of the job

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, maintaining patient records, emailing, scanning, coding correspondence, processing prescriptions requests, and utilizing information systems for efficient workflow. Ideal candidates should possess reception or customer care experience, be excellent communicators, have basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email), work well within procedures, maintain confidentiality, and data security. Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written.
  • Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email.
  • Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security.
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential.
