Cygnet Group are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist (Maternity Cover) with a passion for making a difference to join our team at Cygnet Raglan House. Please note: This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. At Cygnet Raglan House, you will be working 40 hours per week, working shifts and weekends, helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care. Cygnet Raglan House: Cygnet Raglan House is a 25 bed high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity. Women admitted to the service often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings. We are dedicated to understand, stabilise and break the traumatic cycles of relapse that can impact individuals lives. Our service has been designed with wellness in mind, providing a safe and comfortable environment that promotes efficient rehabilitation and recovery.

Your day-to-day at Cygnet Raglan House:
- Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience
- Greet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrival
- Ensure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriately
- Answer & transfer all incoming calls & take messages where appropriate
- Sort & distribute post
- Assist with general office duties as required
- Keep the reception area clean & tidy
- Promote the safety & security of all site users & ensure all staff comply with security protocols

You are...
- An experienced receptionist/administrator used to working with customers/clients - ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Organised, naturally helpful & a good multi-tasker
- Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of telephone systems and maintaining a professional telephone manner.
- Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills
- GCSE Maths & English qualified, with a good level of numeracy & literacy
- Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail & an understanding of confidentiality
