As a receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the site, providing a friendly and professional welcome. You’ll greet patients, visitors, staff and contractors, answering queries and ensuring everyone feels supported

Main duties of the job

Providing a high quality efficient reception service and acting as a first point of contact. You’ll provide a warm welcome to patients, visitors, staff, contractors and anyone else who visits the site and answer any queries. You’ll answer the phone and deal with any queries people have Being proactive and working with a range of teams to deal with and resolve any issues you are faced with. Carrying out a range of clerical and administrative tasks, for the reception itself, as well as other teams. Issuing and controlling access to keys and fobs. You will come into contact with patients and need to be conscious of your safety as well as mindful of their needs. In addition you may be present during difficult situations
