Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact within the Droitwich Mews Care Home, offering professional and high-quality customer service while performing a range of administrative services. Additional responsibilities include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. The role also involves completing reception-related administration tasks, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met are also key tasks.
