What you will be doing:

Quality Improvement Lead, you’ll work closely with clinical teams and senior leaders:

  • To monitor completion of clinical quality audits and associated action plans.
  • To oversee clinical competencies and ensure compliance throughout the unit.
  • Oversee cascading of lessons learned and ensure changes are embedded.
  • Provide assurances within the governance framework with regards to clinical quality compliance
  • To lead quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
  • Work closely with the training department with maintaining high compliance.
  • To ensure that both internal and external compliance measures are achieved and maintained and enabled to be evidenced.
  • Monitor, report and escalate any clinical risks or concerns associated with audit processes.
  • Support with trend analysis from audits and clinical information and escalate accordingly.
  • Support the compilation of reports for governance and communicate findings and content within the meeting.
  • To lead on service improvements initiatives based on internal and external repots and action plans.

You’ll be a key driver of quality assurance, helping us achieve a CQC “Good” rating and build on our commitment to safe, responsive care.

Where you will be working:

Badby Road West, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4NH

You will be working alongside the clinical teams at Badby Park to care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, where you will deliver person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do.

This specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of the residents that is set in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry.

Badby Park is a grand manor house steeped in history with stunning views, excellent facilities and a tranquil setting. Good road links makes it easily commutable from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Banbury.
