Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join us, playing a key role in shaping and delivering high-profile programmes that directly improve patient services and the environments in which care is delivered.

Working at the heart of our Estates, Facilities and Health & Safety function, you will lead and support major programmes including Estates Optimisation, Capital investment, backlog reduction, and Net Zero initiatives helping to modernise services and create safe, sustainable environments for patients and staff.

Opportunities work across sites within both counties, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, system partners, and multidisciplinary teams across the region, taking ownership of complex programmes from concept through to delivery. This role offers real influence driving change, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality, and budget.
