As a Programme Director at our corporate club, you’ll brings a good understanding of brands and you’ll relish the opportunity to develop ours in the local market. With high levels of drive and integrity, you believe in the value of clarity, transparency and fairness. You have experience in management, motivating others and generating sales.
As a Programme Director, you will:
- Manage the profit and loss account (EBITDA budget) ensuring cost control and revenue generation to achieve annual targets across the assigned locations.
- Demonstrate leadership through being accountable for the locations assigned and communicating to the relevant senior internal and external stakeholders
- Live our brand values of independence, enterprise, passion and caring
- Believe in the value of fitness and healthy lifestyles, understanding how they impact wellbeing
- Select and recruit excellence into the sites when required, ensuring a highly motivated, engaged, happy and high performing team to aid staff retention when required
- Build and develop all teams including any third parties to ensure that the centres have the right capabilities, attitude and enthusiasm to deliver commercial and brand objectives and that colleagues are coached and supported to deliver required results
- Ensure that the sites are fully operational and functional on a day to day basis in order to meet quality, health improvement and commercial objectives.
- Support and promote all company initiatives in relation to brand, retention and member service.
- Keep health and safety knowledge up to date and embed health and safety policies and procedures throughout the centre to ensure centre compliance with all legislative requirements in respect of Health & Safety obligations and maintaining a compliant and safe environment. Support all locations with Health & Safety standards and training where required.
A Level 3 Personal Training certificate is required for this role, which must be valid for CIMSPA membership. Applications without this qualification will not be considered.
This role is based in Central Dublin with oversight of a secondary club based in South Dublin.
