Previous administration experience, excellent organisational skills , ability to work under pressure but with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and verbal are vital to do this role.
Main duties of the job
To be point of contact via e-mail, telephone and in person dealing with the public and staff.
To accurately enter data onto hospital admin systems, IP,M, ORMIS etc.
To be part of a roster of daily tasks allocated to ensure the smooth running of the department.
