Main duties of the job
Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
